1. Acceptance and authorized access
These Terms govern access to and use of WebCruxs Lead Command (the “Application”). The Application is a private, single-administrator business operations platform. By using it, you confirm that you are authorized by WebCruxs and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.
2. The service
The Application supports business discovery, lead qualification, contact enrichment, communications, follow-up scheduling, reporting, and approved third-party integrations. Features depend on configured accounts, provider availability, subscription limits, geographic availability, and provider approval. The Application is an internal management tool and does not guarantee leads, responses, sales, rankings, or business outcomes.
3. Administrator responsibilities
The administrator is responsible for account security, accuracy of entered information, lawful provider credentials, recipient-selection decisions, message content, and compliance with applicable laws. Outreach must comply with relevant privacy, consumer-protection, telemarketing, marketing, and anti-spam requirements, including consent, identification, calling-time, suppression-list, and opt-out obligations where applicable.
4. Third-party services
Google Calendar, Apify, ContactOut, Zoom, OpenAI, Invoice Generator, email services, hosting providers, and other integrations are independent services governed by their own terms, policies, quotas, pricing, and availability. The administrator must have authority to connect each account and must not bypass provider restrictions or use data in violation of provider rules. Billing documents are administrator-prepared business records and must be reviewed for tax, currency, legal, and e-invoicing compliance before use. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions, account decisions, data accuracy, or pricing changes.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Application to violate law; send deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, or unlawful communications; access accounts or data without authorization; evade technical safeguards or rate limits; distribute malware; misrepresent identity; or collect, enrich, export, or disclose personal information without a lawful business purpose. Automated activity must respect provider limits and the Application’s spending and concurrency controls.
6. Data, confidentiality, and intellectual property
WebCruxs retains rights in the Application, its design, code, branding, and documentation. Business records remain subject to applicable ownership agreements and law. Credentials, lead records, communications, business strategies, and provider data must be treated as confidential and shared only with authorized persons.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, suspend, or modify the Application to improve security, reliability, compliance, or functionality. Backups and recovery measures reduce risk but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or recovery of every record. Administrators should maintain appropriate exports and provider-side records for critical operations.
8. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or data accuracy. WebCruxs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Application or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security risk, unauthorized use, legal noncompliance, provider abuse, or material breach. On termination, connected credentials should be revoked and business data retained or deleted according to legal and operational requirements.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to contact@webcruxs.com.
